Just wanna check what im saying is right...Generally speaking weight training should be done every other day to allow muscle to recover from exursion.Cardio stuff (ie running etc) can be done every dayIs this correct?

Well yes you should give that specific muscle that you worked a day rest so it can recover. Some people lift everyday, but they alternate muscles. Cardio can be done as often as youd like. just make sure u dont do cardio b4 u lift

This is confusing.That first URL the guy is saying that hardgainers should be doing more reps to gain weight. His logic makes sense, but I was always told big heavy weights, and low reps is better for putting on mass.I'm confused, do I stick to my 5-6rep routine, or should I try his 20+ rep routine?
