A friend of mine was suggest that I should take this instead of normal creatine. Not going to invest in it anytime soon, as I stil have like 3months supply of what I've got left over, but the website raised a few questions.
Just curious mainly, is any of what they're saying true? I don't know enough about the biological theory behind creatine to decide myself.
Dude dont take any of that powder creatine stuff.... if you really want results ill show you this great stuff.... if anyone else wants it just ask me or something...
