When I was 12 y.o., I used to drop a nice one every day... but I'm 17 now and I only drop one like every 2-3 days and it sucks because (Angel said) 3 times per day. That's insane! I have like 10% capacity then! Advice?

Actually I am the one who said 2-3 times a day is the average amount.As for advice on only going once every 2-3 days, well that's not healthy at all. I would try adding more fiber into your diet to get things moving properly.

...and drink plenty of water. Otherwise, adding fiber may have the opposite effect.

my science teacher said that 1 bowl movement per day is healthy. IF not feaces begin to build up.. i think?personally once/twice a day for me. You could always try the health helplines for information?
