Hi, I've done some looking around and cannot match my symptoms to anything. My vaginal opening...you know, what the penis touches before it enters, well it is white...I thought it was discahrge and I tried to scratch it off and it wouldn't budge. It is white with the normal pink in some areas. Then i moved back the part of the labia right below it and discharge oozed out. I had BV before and I don't smell a fishy odor as of now. Also the lower parts around the hole are irritated and hurt when I pee...the lower surrounding skin of the hole. I see little sporatic bumps there. They do not resemble those that I have seen of Herpes and Genital warts. I am thinking it is yeast, But i thin the vulva(the parts thats white, at least that's what i think it's called) would be irritated too, not just the skin. Any ideas???
Thank you,
Confused

That sounds an awful lot like a yeast infection of bacterial vaginosis, odor or not. You can just try an anti-fungal creme and see if that reduces symptoms withing a few days.If it were me, I'd make an appointment with the doctor, so if it is BV, you don't waste time getting antibiotics. Also, if it's yeast, there are oral drugs that are quicker and more convenient than topical cremes and ointments.
