I've read lots of posts on here, which display the progress some guys have had doing the penis enlargement exercises.
I browsed a lot and have knowledge of the following exercises:
For a beginner,
How much time should a session last? Consisting of which exercises? How much time each?
How many days should I work, and how many rest?
For how long should I stick to the beginner level?
And then what should I do for the intermediate level, and advanced
I am willing to make this sacrifice

Folks around here think that those exercises don't do a lot of cosmetic good, but they do risk screwing up the functioning of your penis. What's the point of having a (temporarily?) longer penis that won't get hard, or where sensation is screwed up?
In other words, forgetaboutit. It's a bad idea.
