My sister has always complained about having weak ankles, she rolls them often, and complains that they hurt after running.
Was just wondering what sort of exercises she could do at home to strengthen them. She's pretty unfit, but naturally skinny, so she's lucky in that respect. Oh, and she's 18.
Also, are those half-fitball things any good? I remember doing squats on one with very light weights, and they drilled my legs. I still owe her a present from her birthday, was considering getting one.
