The other day in class my testicles and penis really started irritating me. I would feel this pinching feeling around the head of my penis, parts of the shaft, and my testicles. And it was really itching too. I couldn't reach my hand in and scratch in the middle of class and I couldn't get up to go to the bathroom because the teacher wouldn't shut the fuck up long enough for me to excuse myself so I tried to shift my weight or cross my legs to secretly scratch.I inspected my junk when I got home and didn't find anything unusual, it hasn't bothered me again all weekend, just on Friday it was real bad. I thought I had crabs or something but I haven't done anything lately to catch it, plus I can't find any visual indication of any infection other than this.

Pinching, Itching

Sometimes the brain can play strange tricks. If there's no visible change and it hasn't happened since, it seems it might be that, perhaps set off my some chance irritation. That's the best I can think of.
-
Sometimes a new soap, new underwear or even changing to a new detergent when washing your clothes can do this.An extra rinse cycle may help if it is the detergent.
-
Yeah I always add an extra rinse anyways, I always use Tide and my boxers are 55% cotton/45% polyester. Used Irish Spring everyday for as long as I remember.
-
Hmm! Irish Spring - may cause itching in my experience - suggest you try a milder soap.
-
Why do you use deodorant soap? Regular soap will do exactly the same thing, without the nasty chemical that will do more harm than good to the natural bacterial balance of your skin (and make things like yeast infections more likely).
-
Like what's a good soap then? Dial? Lever 2000?
-
Irish Spring works fine for me.No itching, chafing, red spots, etc.
-
Neither of those. Any non-deodorant soap, like Ivory, Camay, Dove, etc. will do the trick.I prefer unscented Dove. I don't need the perfume or other unnecessary chemicals, and it seems to be very mild. It takes off the dirt just fine. For hand soap, I like unscented Liquid Neutrogena...also very mild...doesn't leave residue (as far as I can tell)...good for washing before handling contact lenses.

I agree with Steve, unscented Dove is awesome! I have tried a few different soaps and all have caused dry skin except for Dove.
Worth a shot!
