I'll admit, I've been lazy over the past couple weeks. With the fitness center at our school closed for exams and not being on any teams right now, I've slipped a little. How quickly do you find that muscles tend to get out of shape? Also, has it been long enough that I shouldn't go all out this week? I'd prefer to go harder on my days on this week than usual if it means recovering lost ground, despite feeling sorer than usual.

Don't give up you weekend nights out. Everyone needs time to relax. I think you'll be fine as long as you watch what you eat. There are several things you can do in your room at home plus anything cardio should help too. Get back into your routine as soon as you can. Chuck Norris?? Eeeuww!

I'm mostly just worried about my muscle conditioning. I have indoor track season coming up (200m sprint), I think it starts next week. I was doing weight training with some cardio before Christmas, then moved onto primarily plyometrics, running, and working on core strength. Within the past couple of weeks I've swam once and ran twice (only about 3k).Chuck Norris has become my hero lol
