Well I am 18 years old, 6'0" tall, and 180-185. About 6 months ago I worked at FedEx and was down to about 170 lbs. My target weight would be about 165 lbs, i'm not very muscular, and most of my fat is in the stomach/chest area. What would be the best way to lose this weight? I was thinking about going on a bikeride every night.

Bike riding is good but remember to keep your heart rate up. I'm loosing weight now too. I don't eat anything after 9:00pm unless it's steamed veggies or fruit. I am walking every night. I'm up to about 2 1/2 miles of a high paced walk so far. Be sure to drink a lot of water too. It help break down the fat. It sounds like you don't have very much weight to loose. Since you said your working on your mid section, try doing several reps of set-ups. I can't do too many of those yet, but I will someday...
