how do i measure it?
BMI calculates if your BODY is underweight or overweight, not fat levels, im wondering fat levels so I know how much more fat i would have to lose to begin to be able to see the bottom 2 PACK
How exactly do you do the pinch method, or the tape method ?
Was my impression that your entire six pack came into sight at once, then if your body fat dropped even further, you could see an eight pack.
