Yeeeeesss Back to subject, I studied Jeet Kune Do, but it's hard to find a place that teaches it.

I used to do karate when I was young. It wasn't bad, you have to be flexible, if your not...you will be if your sensei is anything like mine was.
I am looking at starting up Kendo, Sword Art.

I take a form of martial arts called Aiki Jujitsu. It's a form that is taught to the United States Marine Corps. I'm already in pretty good shape. But I enjoy it because you don't know you're exercising. You also come away with a lot of knowledge about the human body and different ways you can manipulate joints and nerves. You also do learn to fight. I can send the punch bag 2 feet back now when I punch and before I wasn't even moving it. It's over 3 feet when using kicks.

Thats cool. Is that form of martial art common? I've never heard of it before? I've heard of Jujitsu but never varients on it.
I forgot as well, when I get into better shape, I want to learn Capporiea. Its amazing.

I'm not sure. I know that it is a very violent art to study and sometimes quite painful to learn as we only have each other to practice on and my coach is a former marine. You learn to manipulate your own body and you become immune to pain from being hit so much. I enjoy it for the simple fact I feel safer walking to my car at night by myself.
