I am 16 and about 5"9 and weight about 12 stone (168 pounds). I want to get much fitter and also look much better because I have low confidence when asking out girls because I have moobs (pyramid nipples) and probably 3 inches (deep) more fat on my stomach than healthy. Could anyone suggest anything I could do at the gym that will get me looking good on the chest area?

to get rid of ur moobs- bench press or pushups, then cardio.... and stick with it
