Hey i just got a gym pass how often should i go*after school 6-7pm*?? :confused:

Try to go 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Well it depends on how you want to set up your exercises, and how often YOU want to go. If you want to work the whole body and go 5 days a week, then do 1 body part a day. Or you could go 3 times a week and split up body parts into the 3 days. Or if you can only go 2 days a week, then do upper one day and lower the other. Do you see where im going with this? You have to set it up to fit your schedule. Just make sure u give a days rest to your worked body parts, this way it gives the muscle a chance to regenerate
