But since now im playing sports and doing kempo/ju jitsu, i was wondering what excersises/body parts i could work on a 2-3 day basis. Also i want to know if i dont have time to go anymore if i could keep building muscle mass using high reps/moderate weights. Thanks so much!

My favorite routine is;Monday; LegsSquatsStiff leg deadliftsLungesCalf raisesAbs exercise too, if you're feeling up to it.Tuesday; Chest, Shoulders & Tris.BenchDB press (or flyes)Military PressArnold PressSkullcrushersThursday; Back & Bi's.DeadliftPull ups, or lat pull downBent over rowShrugsCurlsThis is an excellent workout, and you can use it for months if you continue to mix each week up a bit. E.g. High reps one week, low the other, doing the routine in reverse one week, incline, decline, flat bench, front squats, sumo deadlift etc.Just make sure you keep at least 48hours rest between back day and leg day, as deadlift puts a lot of stress on your legs too.You won't build as much muscle mass using high reps and light weights, it all depends how light the weights you're using are.

I don't have a suggestion just a comment...Martial arts and weights don't go well together. But since you insist....http://www.grapplearts.com/Basic-Weight-Lifting.htm
