Sometimes I am a fucking idiot.
It occored to me to call him after I typed the last reply.
He gets his collection from two sources for the most part, and he has a pretty damned large collection around 300 pieces displayed on his walls and shelves and glass cases in his basement.
HERE and HERE are the largest sources for his items. Of course there is also various sword shops and swap meets around our neck of hte woods and Iv used my account and his money to get some of his stuff from ebay.

I'm terrified ive knives and swords!! More terrified then I am of guns
-
Yeah, I don't like knives, swords, daggers at all. Only because I've been cut with a sword from my sister's collection and it hurt like nobody's business since it was like hard pure steel, scar healed though. And there was a 4 year old little boy in my church who got hold of his uncle's dagger and accidentally stabbed his oldest sister. Don't ask. But yeah they scare me too. Nor guns. My dad has a huge rifle gun from when he lived in South Carolina...

my father and brother are into that too, i never saw the attraction, but when they get together, u can hardly get a word in edgewise about it
-
Ok Helms, lets battle
-
I would never fight with a weapon!! I remember my dad telling me that it was considered cowardly for anyone to fight with a weapon when he was younger
-
Very awesome sweetie. I love swords, daggers and such. They have always intrigued me. I don't really have a collection myself but when my grandfather passed away I inherited a bananette (spelled wrong but cannot think of the correct spelling so it’s the closest I can come to lol) he got off a German soldier in WWII. It’s kind of weird owning a Natzi weapon.
-
heh, my Dad and brothers have something very simular to your SOG; I call it the man thing because I haven't figured out what you're supposed to do with it yet! lol
-
mouth watering Thank you Chance I feel like a little kid in a candy shop lol
-
Now that's a gun I'd love to shoot
-
No please, allow me
-
psh thats in the museum, nice try
-
I own the museum

Pink, I would agree but if you both have a gun or a knife or something, then it is not so cowardly. Besides weapons make killing more efficient. I mean think back to the days when men would sword fight over a discrepency. I mean 2 people fought 1 survived. I would not call them cowardly.
-
should I post a pic of my weapon?
-
Oh Do! Do!
-
not talking about killing.
