I am uncircumcised male, and guess what I have a yeast infection : ( it's not funny, and actually true. There is something red or brown, not sure right on the tip of my penis, and it makes it spray all over the place when I pee. I have to sit down rather than use urinals so that I don't make a bad mess. : (Dr gave me 28 days worth of 250mg terbinafine tablets to cure this. I'm already used up 12 and don't notice much of a difference, and am worried that this isn't even going to help. Does anybody know when I'll start to notice a change? All I've noticed so far is a change in urine color.Dr also suggested actually washing my penis when I take a shower. Something I've never done till now (I'm 25). What should I use, I'm uncircumcised, not sure if that makes cleaning harder or not. I starting to use the normal handsoap, is that good enough? Will it iritate my penis at all? I start by rubbing and rinsing the soap over my scrotum, then I wash and rinse the pubic hair between my upper legs, and around my penis. Then I rub some soap onto my penis which and Rinse it a bit which gives me an instant erection and urge to masturbate, (I then do masturbate for a long time which never was the intention to begin with). All I want to do is clean it.Finally, I then finish by stretching and placing a finger or two inside my foreskin and kind of rinsing and washing the foreskin.IS there anything I am missing, and need to do better, or maybe not do. I don't want to be masturbating each time I wash my penis. Is there anything I am not doing or should be doing to help?

Washing Penis

dont masturbate, the cum could get stuck in the red and brown stuff u mentioned and cause infection, what i suggest is simply pull your foreskin back as far as possible and with either soap or conditioner (i suggest the conditioner) rub it into your shaft and glands, and around the infected area, then rinse, but honestly you need to stop masturbating while cleaning it, and also the pills are designed to work together, (all 28 days worth of them) so just keep taking them, once they all start co operating with each other, you should see a deference.

First of all, can you retract your forskin at all?
