in my life ,i have been affected psycologically by favourism along my life. i see it more in my collage, where the teachers(profs) favour their sons over ordinary students.they get the best treatment in sections, they can have lectures for them alone , they get the final marks in the oral & practical exams, they even may get the paper exam earlier before it is held to prepare the answers. isn't that soooo depressing ? that u know even if u worked & studied hard, someone will take all the good results without any effort? what do u think? did u meet favourism before?

Have u been affected by favourism

This is a worrying post. The things you describe are quite improper, and shouldn't be allowed to occur. It's impossible to stop a teacher giving private classes for his or her children, of course, but a teacher should not be involved in assessment of a relative. If this is happening it should be brought to the Dean's attention.
However, I'm concerned with the generality of your statement - not just one malfeasance, but apparently a pattern.

well, the dean's daughter is the first in students' order in last year exams . what can we do then ?

Grades won't prove anything and you don't need to compare yourself to other students. Focus on your studies and abilities and don't mind what grades others get. In the end, be sure that your efforts will be rewarded. You should be proud of yourself only by your hard work. Nothing else is important.
