At the gym i use the machine that simulates squats. You lay down on it diagnally (sp?) rest your feet on a platform and put your shoulder under the pads. Then basically the top half moves and you work your legs. Well on my shoulders where the pads are i get these red lines. Im assuming its from blood pulled to yhe surface. I was wondering if anyone else that uses this machine gets that? What can i do to stop it?

Yah i know what machine your talking about.. it happens to me also.. i didnt pay much attention to it though... maybe more padding?

Well its at the gym so there isnt much i can do about the padding there. But its an excessive amount of lines

Try laying a towel over each shoulder. Or if possible put a little less strain on your shoulders.. which could be kind of hard to do consider the machine.

I get dizzy sometimes after Deadlifting lol but no white sports.I love deadlifting it makes me feel so strong lol idk its werid.
