I remember when i was younger, maybe around 11 or 12 i had a rash of some sort in the part "behind" my knee, you know. I went to the doctor and she prescribed me some cream to put on and it went away maybe 2 weeks after. Im 15 now and the "rash" came back, and now it even spread, before i had it on both legs(behind the knees), and then it started spreading to parts of my legs, its spread to little spots and they itch a lot. I put moisterizing cream on my legs every morning and the cream that was prescribed, but its not going away. The spots i have are sorta white with red outlining, im not sure if its white because of the cream or not. And hair really isn't growing where the spots are. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?

I think i have a rash or something on my legs..
-
What was the cream that was prescribed?
-
Its called Betagen. Its from outside the U.S, it was prescribed by a doctor while i was on vacation.

No its not that, it might be this here I found another website and i think its this here but its in spanish, it says that the cream is for fungus or related to that, so i guess thats what i have..

It sounds like eczema to me. And the medication you said you were prescribed is a type of steroid, like Hydrocortisone. Both medications are used to treat eczema (among some other things).Eczema is common. My youngest son gets it sometimes especially during the winter months. And he only gets it on his legs too. I use an over the counter lotion for him though. It works very well. Here is the site: http://www.aveeno.com/# Look under Aveeno Eczema care and you will see the product.

Im skipping all the reading and asking some shit instead.
is it a prickly feeling shit I mean it feels hot and prickly on the rash?
I used to get that shit all the time, especially behind my knees and my armpits and ass crack and around my nut bag.
I know what it is and how to cure it fast and lotion aint gonna cut it son, nor is a prescription needed, but there is some stronger shit than you can buy over the counter that will clear it up faster.
its caused by heat and sweat, and its fucking diaper rash. I thgth mine was due to the chemicals I worked in and with and went to a doctor, try being in your 20s and told you have diaper rash.
take a shower, dry well by patting not ever by rubbing. let it air dry for a few minutes after you think your dry and use any diaper rash cream as it directs on the rash.
Now I could be wrong, you may have something else, but if your symptoms are that hot prickly shit, Id bet my left nut on me being right about what it is and how to fix it. -
If the cream that worked last time isn't working this time, it's something different. It may just be a different strain of fungus, more resistant to clotrimazole (the antifungal ingredient in that last cream you mentioned, which also contains a steroid to reduce inflammation), but it may be something quite different. You really should show it to a doctor.

That's true. Also, if he is using the same cream that he used in the first rash, it may not work anymore because it is too old....being that it is 3-4 years later.

I probably think the cream is old but i can't find a date or anything..
