Ok, im 14 170-ish pounds, 6'3 and somewhat fit. Well my question is how can i get stronger before i go to my high school gym?? I ask this because im not really as strong as other people who work out at my highschool and im tall and big so i want to get somewhat strong before i embaress myself in front of everyone.so ummm ya if ya got any suggestions feel free to post or PM me
Don't worry... I'm the same as you, but 10 pounds lighter and 2 inches shorter. No one really cares all that much.

I agree, I'm probably the skinniest guy in the gym, or at least I was to begin with. When I first started, I had to bench the bar alone, with no weights. That's embarrassing, but like Helm's said, if you stick with it, you will see gains, and so will others.I have a lot of friends to who are so fat they're afraid to reveal their body's at the Gym, which is just stupid. I've never looked at someone in the gym and thought "That's disgusting", it's always a "Good on them" for making an effort.
and dude, remember that they were at one point in your shoes in order to get to where they are today. so you shouldnt be embarrassed. i mean at least ur doing it.
