Like many of you I recently had a family member affected by cancer. It came out of nowhere and made me think a lot more about this disease and how it affects far too many people we know. I've decided to become more active in the fight against cancer by promoting an effort by one of my favorite musicians. He is a smooth jazz saxophonist named Lance Koonah and he is donating a generous portion of the proceeds of his new recording "The Things That Make Us Happy" to the National Foundation for Cancer Research. His music is both pleasing and inspiring and it's great to know that someone who is not under any obligations is willing to give his earnings to such a great cause. With enough of your support I believe we CAN find a cure and pave the way for a better future. Thank you for your time.
