Small penis
-
Hey bud, welcome!. First - be patient, penis growth is different for each of us. You'll begin to see changes in size soon I would imagine. So don't judge what you have by others. And, your weight does have an effect on how your penis appears. Extra weight causes your penis to be pulled in some so that less of it is visible....weight doesn't make your penis smaller - it just "hides" some of it. I know - I recently lost about 40 pounds and it changed things alot for me. Besides, losing weight is a good - healthy thing for you to do. I'd suggest taking a look at how you're eating and then doing some exercise or get more active - you'll be glad you did. Keep talking to us bud - if you need anything, just let us know!
-
Also if you still have skin there your just semi circumsized so they cut most of the skin off but left a little.Although it affects your confidence and self esteem a little that you have a small one i wouldnt worry about it. it will grow! Also i have been thru the weight thing too I've gone from jean size 98 to like 82 and lost 11 kilos
-
ok, thanks for the help, and yea my penis is hidden a lil bit and i dont think a girl will like that very much. i try to lose weight but it is hard because i love to eat and im too lazy to excercise.
-
I am 13 and have a small one too but I really don't know what to do about my foreskin! I mean do I pull it back? or what? I would like some help.
-
You should be able to pull it back, both soft and erect. If you can't do that easily, it's time to consider stretching exercises. Never force it, though!
-
can I get a link to some good stretching exercises?
-
Read the Male Anatomy thread.
-
ok, can someone tell me how to pull back my foreskin in the private message thingy? and i have pubes so i shouldnt have a small one still
-
Read the thread.. it's linked in the Male Anatomy thread:Stretching thread Or this (opens slow): http://www.norm-uk.org/circumcision_alternative_treatments.html

well with the wheight lost i guess you need to make a sacrafice, you can either stay obese and have the problems with your self esteem and confidence or you can make changes to your diet and excersice gradually, you dont have to start full on, just start by eating fruit and less sugar, your body burns sugar for energy, if you dont have enough sugar for the body to burn the body will then burn fat for energy, so cut down on sugar slowly get addicted to yoghurt and fruit and make yourself get up and excersice and for your motivation think of being skinny and having all the confidence you want ! , it worked for me lol i actually went down from jean size 98 to 77 i checked , also with the excersize, diet and also that age you will get a growth spurt which will help and make you look even more skinnier
-
Hey joey!If your having problems getting exercise there is one great way to get started! Go with a friend. If you exercise with someone you know you will be motivated and the exercise will change from "workout" to "fun-workout". Thats what i did and now im addicted to training! Nothing in the world beats the feeling you get after an workout

Weight Losing has NOTHING to do with exercsing. And, don't believe anyone that tells you that.Yes, it is helpful to excerise while on a diet, but, it is not needed.Bout, 2 summers ago, I put myself on a diet. Now, this diet only consisted of eating less.Instead of of getting 2 servings, I only got one.I drank more water, and ate more healthy food (salad, fruit, etc etc).Stay off of the ice cream, cake, pie, and any other crap.I did this for most of the summer, and, I lost about 15-18 pounds. And, I didn't even exercise.Try it

A scientist was experimenting with a flea, in order to see how removing its legs would affect its ability to jump. He took his tweezers an removed a leg from the insect and asked it to jump. It jumped. He removed another legs and said "Jump!". It did so. He repeated the process until he was down to one leg. The flea jumped. Then he pulled off the last leg, and said "Jump!". The flea didn't jump. The scientist then wrote on his clipboard, "When all of a flea's legs are removed, it becomes deaf."- - - - - -Because you put yourself on a diet, no exercise, and lost weight, you believe that universally, "Weight Losing has NOTHING to do with exercsing."? I wouldn't be so quick to jump to such a conclusion. I agree that people who are not serious athletes (most people) are not going to burn a ton of calories by exercising, but exercising seems to have a good effect on basal metabolism rate (see the Medline article). In any case, exercise does not only mean going to the gym, and you'll be better off in general if you don't just sit around all day. Walking for half an hour a day is far better than doing noting. However, eating healthier, lower calorie food is a totally good idea. It's something to do for one's whole life, not just while "on a diet." We should always be on a diet.- - - - - -NIH Medline Plus: Exercise and weight loss Exercise and weight lossMayoClinic.com: Aerobic exercise: What 30 minutes a day can do for your body

Ok.
Well maybe I didn't add in the part where my metab is as fast as something really fast.
but, I can eat like you can't believe.
and, right now.
I eat whatever I want ... And, I'm not gaining ANYTHINGG.
and, this includes like 2 breakfasts, and, like, 2 lunches. -
In reply to: Weight Losing has NOTHING to do with exercsing. And, don't believe anyone that tells you that.Yes, it is helpful to excerise while on a diet, but, it is not needed. That's not quite true. While you can lose weight without exercising and just watching what you eat, exercise can help you lose weight faster. Losing weight is simply a matter of burning more calories than you consume. Exercise forces your body to burn more calories than if you weren't excercising, and if you build muscle mass from exercise, that will increase your basal metabolism (i.e. the amount of calories you burn while resting). Exercise will also help you sleep better, and a good nights sleep also helps to lose weight.
-
> that will increase your basal metabolism...
I suspect that that's more to the point for most people than the actual number of calories burned by exercising (versus the number of calories that would be burned anyway by just sitting around).
> Exercise will also help you sleep better, and a good nights sleep also helps to lose weight.
Good point. Recent research is pointing toward the idea that poor or lack of sleep leads to weight gain.

sweetie it's only a penis.plus, you're only 13 so you probably haven;t even began puberty yet so be patient!
-
hi joey, look, your 13, chances are you havent started puberty yet, and if you have, it hasent started on your penis yet, don't worry abotu it, give it a few years
-
He said he has pubes, but I'd be more concerned about the weight than the penis size. A good part of his penis might be buried in fat.
