Firstly ill just say that i work my biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and my front/back leg muscles all in one workout (as well as any supporting muscle to my main target muscles).I have a limited amount of excersises which take about 30 mins to complete to work out my body.Theres a lot of talk about working individual muscle groups when going to the gym, i would be interested in the subject of working out individual muscle groups each day and how long you should spend on each muscle group a day.
