I think I'm completely paranoid but here goes.
I've noticed that the majority of the time my PC muscles are somewhat clenched. Especially so when I'm sitting in a chair, and then once I stand up, if I consciously try I can let go of my PC muscles, but I have to try quite a bit. Is this normal? are my muscles supposed to be clenched all of the time?
Another Thing that is sort of related, is that every so often I get liquid that comes out of my penis. Not a lot, usually just a tiny bit, it doesn't even form a drop. It's clear, and it isn't painful.
Something that could be associated, is I've got very cloudy urine, could this all be a UTI? or a bladder infection?

Strange problem?

BTW none of this stuff started happening until about a week ago.

I don't know about the clenched PC muscles, but the discharge suggests urethritis. A clear discharge is common in non-gonorrhoeal urethritis. You'll need to see a doctor, who will probably take a urethral swab and prescribe antibiotics.

I think I just knew there was an issue and became more sensitive to the muscle in there, it's not really an issue.
I have noticed however that my penis seems to be hardened and not numb but less sensitive. Are these also possible symptoms of urethritis? -
Not that I've specifically heard, but the body can respond in various ways to an infection.

Well I saw my doctor, he said that it sounds like one of two things, either a bladder infection, or bacterial infection of the prostate that is causing it to swell.
so FYI if anyone comes with these issues again, when I said it feels like the muscle is constantly clenched, especially when im sitting, that's a symptom of sweling of prostate or bladder infection.

That's certainly worth knowing!
