When girls get penetrated for the first time, its my understanding that something or (skin/tissue) breaks which in turns makes them lose their viginity. Which can be verified medically What about guys? possible to tell?or is my perception on this issue incorrect?thanks

Do guys lose their viginity too?
-
there's no physical change in a guy after his first intercourse. Also, many women end up breaking their hymen long before sex. Also, if you search theough the board, you'll find a lot of discussions and opinions on what constitutes virginity.
-
my opinion is when one is penetrated (female, gay/bi male) they lose their virginity. When one does the penetrating they lose their virginity
-
Well thats not too specific. Penetrated where and by what? If a girl penetrates a guy with her fingers or some object, does that mean she loses her virginity?
-
like I said... plenty of debate.Even though I'd had my dick sucked, I still thought of my self as a virgin until the first time it entered a vagina.I also know there are a lot of nice catholic girls out there taking it up the ass so that they'll still be virgins when they get married.Perception is reallity

I love being a Catholic, lots of virginity-saving sex. The only problem is sitting down during an hour long mass after a nice long session....
-
at least there's some standing and kneeling mixed in... oh but I suppose those knees of yours get pretty sore too.

I got a debate for you. I'd love to get honest opinions on this. If a person is raped, do they lose their virginity to the guy raping them, or is it the first consentual time that counts ?_?
-
That is an interesting question.... I'm not sure really. I guess it depends on the kind of rape it is. If its just statutory rape, then yes you lose your virginity cause thats pretty much consensual, even tho you're apparently not old enough to be able to give consent. But if its the good old jumps from behind in an alley-way and rips you to shreds kinda rape, which can include statutory but just not consensual, then I wouldn't consider that losing your virginity. For me, I would say that everyone has a certain level of control over whether they are a virgin or not, just from how they view events. If someone was raped they have a choice to say that they are still virgins or that it was taken away from them. Its all a mental thing. The only problems this has is when people have sex, regret it and refuse to acknowledge that it happened. It can all be brought down to the person's perception of the event, altho sometimes they just refuse to admit what happened, they know inside themselves (no pun intended) what really happened.

I believe that virginity is actually lost the very first time she has a penis inserted inside.Regardless if it is rape or not… That very first time takes her innocence away.
-
Virginity = Innocence? You obviously don't know what some of these virgins do nowadays....
-
As other have stated I believe virginity is lost the first time penetration happens, regardless if it's male or female. There is no physical way of telling a guy has lost his virginity unlike females. As for the whole rape question, physically the female or male if rapped is no longer a virgin. Though personally, I think mentally they still are.
