I have no money to spend on a gym membership, and my parents wont let me get equipment (no idea why)... Im not fat, I have SOME muscle definition, but I want to look like: Is there anyway? My short little description if it helps:Ill be 15 in a month160 pounds 6 feet tallYou can see an outline of where a sixpack WOULD beMy pecs are visible, but no where near thatIn other words: my body has the potential to look like it... But i dont know how!I have the patience, but would it be possible to be like that if I did what ever untill August or September without a gym membership or weights?

Any chance?

Holy crap, I almost licked my computer screen! That's a NICE picture. I know there's a couple body builders on here so they should be able to give you advice. My gym membership is only $30 a month, they won't give you that? What about your school, do they have a gym? How about getting a part time job after school and you could just buy whatever you want.

To get that sort of definition you really need to a buttload of cardio. You need to have the lowest possible body fat %. I suggest you run your arse off for a few weeks, go for a 30min run every second day or something. Do a heap of push ups, sit ups, chin ups, pull ups. You should definately start noticing some defintion.
Those guys look pretty strong though, not massively strong, like Helms, but I doubt they got those pecs through push ups alone. So after you've run that fat off your arse, take daisy's advice, it's pretty good.

I live in the country, gyms are to far to go every other day anyways.
I dont really have any fat on me... So should I just do push ups, sit ups, chin ups, and pull ups. All on one day every other day? or half one day and the other half the next?

I used to know a guy who looked like that
The heaviest thing he ever lifted was a glass of beer
So there ya go
It's got a lot to do with genes
For the rest of us it's a lotta hard work -
What kind of pushup would work my inner pecs the most?
-
As far as push ups go i think you should do them everyday.

Wide arm stance will work your pecs to a greater degree while close armed will work your triceps more. Try switching it up and doing both so that you can make your muscles react to slightly different situations (and often stimulate greater growth in those muscles). Try them both weighted and unweighted and be sure to do multiple sets where you're going till your drop on the last set at least. I also tend to find that my chest feels it more when I add weight.

Ok, thanks

What would I do to get more muscle over my rib area.
