hi guys....its me again...i'm wondering if i could get some advice from you guys....i've been taking weight gainer for sometime now and i think it aint working for me. As i find it very slow in terms of puting on weight and getting muscle...i was wondering if it would be a good idea to change from my weight gainer to some protein powder i just found at my gym? I'm really skinny...around 1.75 in height and only weight 56kg....hope i can get some good advice!!!!
Which is better weight gainer or protein powder?
I have a combination of the two. Weight gainer is generally better if you're not working out. If you're looking to gain purely muscle, take the protein isolate. If you're working out, and you're as skinny as I am (which you are), you want to take some weight gainer. Finish what you have, and next time you buy powder just talk to the guys there, and look for a half carb, half protein powder.
