I used to workout 4-5 days in a week (lifting) got kinda big,plus my lower back started to hert me so switched to a 2-3 days a week and its enough.By the way iam doing more fitness and gimnastics now -love pull up bar.Hate running but doing it some times, just so my blood will accelerate.

wow, sounds pretty good...I work out twice a day 5 days a week... my first work out is at school since im in an athletic's period for soccer...there we run one day and lift weights the other day...after school I run run and RUN! I run like 4 miles a day...I switch up my routines though, like i might sprint a couple of laps , walk a few and so on and so forth..I HATE lifting WEIGHTS! but i guess it helps me out...Im working out alot to get a really good body for this summer..

With track beginning last week, I've started to run 5 days a week of various speeds and distances, swim 1-3 times a week, and I bike back and forth to school everyday in addition to going for longer rides occasionally. I plan on picking up the biking more with an upcoming 100km ride I'm doing on May 16.Previous to track I was doing one day of lower body exercises, one day of upper body, approximately 3 days running, and swimming/biking the same as I am now.Helms introduced me to the idea of GPP That was the idea behind doing a variety of exercises (the lower body and upper body workouts were often slightly different week to week as well), but with the summer comes triathlon, running, swimming, and biking so I need to now direct my focus on cardio until the fall.

On school days? Taking the subway and running to catch whatever. Soccer practice. Track team. Dance rehearsals or shows. Working with my sister on whatever film project my sis is working on. On Saturdays, dance class and rehearsals or shows for about 3-4 hours and some other things. On Sunday, church is work enough. My relaxation day. I don't really have much time to work out so I consider that it.

All i have to say is WOW...I WOULD NEVER be able to do all of that...

Thanks heaps for that. I've been doing drop sets quiet often, as they do hit the muscles much harder. Haven't tried the others though. I've been trying to mix it up at the gym too, so I'll definately try those others out.Thanks again.
