This has been bugging me for awhile. Im weightlifting and have a pretty good bod, xept just like many o got that little belly fat and its annoying. So obvioulsy Ill have to do more cardio to lose that. My question is : If im losing that weight on my stomach,since u cant target fat loss, does that mean the rest of my body will become slimmer. That all sounds fine but Im concirned my muscles will go dow too. Also, is 30-40 mins a day, 4 days a week of cardio good enough for fat loss?
