it seems every summer i lose 5 - 10 pounds from my winter weight... What do you suggest i do to keep my weight up ? Just eat eat eat?

lol...well you may be losing off all that winer weight. Typically in winter heavier foods are eaten b/c of the holidays during winter season. If you are worried I would find out whether it is fat or muscle...I mean eating more than you want is not particulary healthy. Maybe some weight lifting? I mean all depends on your age I guess...If you are old enough to hit the weights you can and you can pack on some muscle.
