Hey everyone. I've been doing my streching excersises for about a month and a 1/2 now and I can get the forksin behind the head and down the shaft a little when flaccid.
When erect however, it goes about half way down and stops and progress has been painfully slow and I'm not even sure if the streching technqiues are working.
Is this phismosis, or does it start to get harder the further down you pull? Any techniques or advice would be appreciated.
