Yes, it is probably true because the forskin is highly sensitive tissue which is suseptible to tiny tears which opens the door to the HIV virus. Circumcision may reduce the chances of getting infected, but it certainly does not eliminate it. Bottom line is you need to be careful who you screw and use protection unless you are monogamous and clean. Other than that what's your point?

I think your title is extremely misleading. It should only be termed "better" because you don't have to remember to put some on your penis to be circumcised. The article is more getting at the fact that monogamy is far more effective at preventing HIV spreading.

The key word in that article is "might".Its not saying it "does".But yea what sdp said.
