A lot of times when I do something and it doesn't work I get really really mad and I just start breaking stuff. I can't stand it anymore! I can't keep breaking things! What should I do?

Everyone gets Angry from time to time, just take a step back and look at yourself. I find little things anger me and i may get a little physical at the problem but only for a second. If you get angry with something, for example your computer, then you smash the keyboard with your fist, your only going to break and you certainly wont feel any better for it!

if your anger gets out of control you need professional help for all we can give you advice we cant help your situationif your anger isn't to serious then when you get mad try and think about what your doing , maybe count to 5 or even just have a laugh to yourself turn the anger into humour

usally im a peaceful person. I've never gotten into a fight or anything like that. someone pushed me down a hill and I didn't wanna fight him. Its just from time to time i get mad.

dont think I can buy that shit, someone hits me Im not afraid, Im pissed, when people fuck me over i get mad, not scared. at any rate i can see being afraid and mad at yourself but whenIm mad at someoe else, its because of what they did or didnt do, notbecause of me being scared.and godzilla, wait till ya get older, whe ya buy your own shit and pay your own bills, that breaking shit stops, I used to get pissed and punch the wall, patching a few dozen holes in thw wall I learned my lesson, if ya break shit ya gotta fix or replace it, its pretty fucking stupid to break your shit, i speak form experience on this one.

breaking stuff isnt a good idea.idk. just write down how you feel or something.sometimes. when im really mad.i just go. and cuss like mad in my myspace.that makes me feel better. most of the time.

Do excersises. I'm a really happy person when I'm with friends or at school, and so some of my emotions don't really get out a lot. That means whever I get angry, I get REALLY angry.I find that if I got running or go to the gym that helps me sort things out and helps me to relax a bit more. It might work for you.
