Should I do Reverse Crunches/ Crunches which is: http://img63.imageshack.us/my.php?image=situps4uu.swf (sorry for crappy animation, I was in a rush)Or just do a lot of leg-ups and crunches?I can't do that many reverse crunches/ crunches, only like 15.

I do all those oblique stuffs on a different day except with some weights not calithenstics. Thanks for the help man, it helped me a lot.

!! so you had to keep your spine striaght... (all those years!)HelmsmaN, how do i do Russian Twists? i think i know what twist cunches are (crunch with a twist to either left/right at the peak) but i don't know V-ups nor russian twists..

You're the only other person I know who calls those V-Ups. Most folks call them jackknives, I think.
