My age is 24, and I am 5,10" and weigh 11st 5lbs (72kg-ish).I am eating 3 chocolate bars, 3 bags of crisps and 4 cans of Coke per day (as well as big breakfasts, lunches and dinners), whilst only getting a maximum of 45 minutes walk each day.Would you advise getting more exercise or cutting down on the food?

Both would be good. You certainly should cut down the food - if you keep eating like that, as your metabolism slows down (as it will) you're going to get bigger and bigger.

keep eating like that and drinky fizzy drinks you'll be huge mate and not muscle wise
thats a crazy food intake mate , not healthy

I have now been 2 days without any Coke or chocolate but I still weigh the same amount (11st 5). Why aren't I losing weight?

Listen mate, if you expect to see a result after a few days you are deluded. You have to do it day in day out even if you really don't want to. You will see results but it will take time. Don't starve yourself, drink lots of water, eat well and do lots of cardio exercise. You should then lose some weight.Remember if you lose too much weight too fast it is acutally un-healthy.Then there is my maxim"Train hard therefore i am!" or rather"Train hard + eat well = good body = women" Hope this helps and good luck to you.Mr Nuts

Well I am now walking 1 hour per day and trying to cut down on my food, but still I am not losing weight. How long does it take, FFS? I'm not fasting all year long!

To get a good body you need to put the effort in. You don't just wake up one day much like what happened in spiderman with peter parker when he just go out of bed and noticed how trim he was looking. You don't have to make big changes but the ones you do make you have to stick with them. One of my favourite expressions"You put fcuk all into it, you get fcuk all out of it!"Good luck and keep at itMr. Nuts
