About a week ago I noticed that my left breast is quite a bit larger than my right. I have recently lost 52 pounds, so I thought that might be part of the cause. Is this normal?I just had a breast exam last week at my ob/gyn, but it still concerns me. Thanks!

Change after weight loss?

the first thing to go when you lose weight is usually the breasts, it's normal for one breast to be larger than the other, sometimes there is a very noticeable difference

cries tell me about it! i lost almost 38 lbs and well if it was one thing i didn't want to lose it was that.but i was told if i start gainin it back i should get a bit more back on top crosses fingers can't afford to lose any more .i wasn't tryin to lose weight either . it was a stress thing.

this was exactly the question i was going to ask.. not for myself but for someone i know. she recently lost some weight like 4 kg's on vacation.. and she says that like her breasts got a little smaller. so will they get normal size again when she starts eating again. and starts her normal life again?

Yes, they will.

It's very normal for females breasts to not be the same size...sometimes, one is bigger than the other, and any female that says that hers are the EXACT same size, are probably lying to ya! as for the weight loss, myself I lost about 45 lbs a couple years back and my breast did diminish in size, but it wasnt anything extreme. now being pregnant, they've gone up a full cup size! :open_mouth:
