A Few Questions

Hi nydude, most white men have hairy bodies. Other ethnic groups may have a lot less, though every race has pubic hair and underarm hair and facial hair on guys. Perhaps the men in your area all shave their body hair? There's no point in shaving if there's no visible hair. Be glad if you don't have to shave, because it's a chore. Generally guys start shaving facial hair when there's enough that it looks like it needs shaving. At first they may be shaving only every couple of months, but later it grows faster and by the end of the teens most guys - but by no means all - are shaving their faces every day.Hair doesn't grow faster after shaving, but the growth does look more obvious when you are looking at stubble rather than longer hair. It isn't darker, either, but the ends of uncut hairs taper to a point and so are thinner than the ends of cut hairs, so it can seem darker.I can't help much with diet. Avoid fat and junk food, drink water rather than soda. Protein is good because it makes you feel fuller than the equivalent calories in carbohydrate. Fruit and vegetables are good because of the fibre. Keep your portions small. Get plenty of exercise.
