Anyone else writing AP exams? I just finished writing my Calculus AB last week and Biology today.
Did anyone else find that there were way too many questions about plants on the Bio AP exam? I didn't see a single question on the nervous system and there was very little on endocrine or sexual reproduction. Those happen to be what I spent most of my time reviewing >_< Instead, it's mostly stuff on biomes, populations, and stuff I did in my gr. 11 biology class with the emphasis on plant life. I should have put more time into reviewing all that stuff since the only stuff I reviewed from last year was the circulatory system and metabolic pathways of photosynthesis and respiration. I knew I was going to be at somewhat of a disadvantage since I'm only in a regular gr. 12 Bio class and doing the extra stuff on the side (scheduling reasons) but I don't think my teacher realized how much less of an emphasis the regular curriculum has on plants. Bah, I doubt that I'll be getting any better than a 3 out of 5 on it, possibly a 4. I was a few questions away from making it to the end of multiple choice section, and there were questions I wanted to go back and do.
Calculus was not bad though. It would be nice if I got a 5 on it.
I envy all you you people who are writing English Literature or World History and aren't worried about them. I can't imagine writing 3 essays in 2 hrs. I can hardly write 1 in that period of time.
