mmm...:-D So i can eat this at any time? even if im not on a certain diet.. whats slenda? Your so damn smart
-
splenda is a sugar substitute that has a very low impact on blood sugar. you can use other sweetners if you want but some of them aren't as atkins friendly but better than sugar....you can eat this if you are not on atkins, but i would go light... fats don't really make you gain weight when you limit your carbs, but if you are on full carb intake watch out.

splenda is great

-
well it's about atkins too and you can eat them on atkins
-
In reply to: isnt this thread about low fat recipes well you don't have to have low fat to be on a low carb diet... low carb diets work better with more fat in them...and the meat rollups-- any lunchmeat will do, i like ham and turkey.

if you are so tired while on the diet that you cannot exercise vigorously, you are eating too little carbs and should add an extra serving or two of veggies to your daily total. atkins recommends that you exercise 30 minutes a day 3-5 times a week.
