has anyone used this machine? is it worth the money?
I can tell by looking at it that you will hardly work your abs (if at all, it's basically just a chair). Not only that, but abs like you see on the people who advertise those products are gained from very low body fat % that comes predominantly from cardio and diet.
Most ab machines give you a way of spending money on exercises you could otherwise do on the floor. That handle at the top of the chair.... sure you can do twists to work your obliques, but an even better exercise would be russian twists done on the floor. Much harder to do, but that's because it will actually work your muscles (giving you stronger obliques and abs).
