Lately I've been really struggling to motovate myself. I try to get into the gym four times a week, but generally only manage to get there twice.Also, during the middle of my routine, or sometimes during an extra hard set, I just stop. It's hard to explain, but for example, during squats, I know I can do two more, but when I'm halfway down the first, I just quit.Just wondering mainly what you all do for extra motovation, or if there are any mental excercises or something you can do. I'm going to put a real effort in starting tommorow to get right back into my routine, and am looking for any help I can get.Thanks.

Actually, I realise now what it is that's holding me back. For the past two months or so I've had this ridiculous allergy. Just heaps of sinus headaches, and a constantly phlemy (however that is spelt) throat. It's minor enough that I can still goto Uni, work and function normally, but when it comes to pushing my body physically to its limit, it's just too much.
Already seen a Dr. about it, medication he perscribed did nothing. Was sort of hoping I'd just get over it with time. Oh well, just frustrating that all the weight I gained over the summer has been largely lost due to this stupid illness.
Sorry for the rant, I just needed to vent. I know I'll regain it all again in due course, I just hate being sick.
