Is there anyway a doctor could tell for sure if a girl was or wasn't a virgin without finding DNA etc? Couldn't the girl just say she fingers / uses dildos etc if they questioned the hole being bigger etc?

Anyway a doctor can prove a female not a virgin?

The old practice was to see if the hymen was intact or not. If it was, she was said to be virgo intacta. However, some women don't have much of a hymen, or can break it other ways. Now that tampons are used by most women from an early age, hymens are most often broken by tampons. It would be a foolish and irresponsible doctor now who would declare a woman not a virgin because the hymen was broken. (And doctors shouldn't normally be making comments on a woman's virginity anyway.)

Well, i meant the gyno, not a doctor. Thanks.

still no, as far as anyone knows theres no proof that can be found to decide virginity or lack thereof other than the girls word

A gynocologist is a doctor.

Tampon insertion can cause the hymen to rupture. There is no way of absolutly proving it unless you were raped and had DNA from sperm inside.
