So I'm told I need like .8 grams of protein per pound me being 200-242 (I think I lost weight but scale broke so dunno, it looks like I lost allot though)

I'm guessing I need around 100-150g. But I hear you can only use like 30g per meal and I'm wondering exactly how is that calculated, and based on what. and how long before I can take in another 30.

If I can only take in 30G every 4 hours that's gonna be difficult remembering to get 150, throught 16 hours, I usually don't remember to eat that much, but if I could eat say 60 per meal, that'd help. or if I could time it to eat 30 grams every 2 hours or something until I reach around 150.
