SMOKING HOW TO GET THEM TO QUIT!
-
They have to want to quit themselves, you cannot help them. Cigarettes are a terrible habit that grabs you and wont let go. If your parents want to quit, then you can support them and praise them.

Yeah. If you get mad and start a lot of arguments over this, it might make your parents feel the need to smoke more. Try your best not to get too defensive (getting defensive almost always triggers an argument) or say anything that might make them stress out. Try to have an actual conversation that leads up to the question, "Do you want to quit?" And if they say yes, then tell them you support their decision. If they do try to quit smoking and fail, don't get mad or make fun of them, either. Since I'm smoking as I write this, I think I should probably say something in defense of smokers: the parents of the friends who won't let them come over because of your parents' habit seems kind of lame to me. Then again, I don't know the exact situation, so maybe they have every right.

Noone can amek them quit, nothing you say do or feel will make them quit, naggin leads ot more smoking, the only way they will quit is if THEY decide that they WANT to do so.

maybe getting some nicorette patches for them can be a first step to SHOWING them that you care.hope this helps.

if they want to quit sugest to them to try out the inhalers that have a high concintrate of Nicotene (did i spell that right?) when they have the need do have a cigarette the do an inhale of that and it might work a aquance of mine is doing that and so far hes been off a cigerette for 15 days.
