What exercise can I do to get rid of love handles?

Get down the gym and get on the treadmill!
Just begin by running at a light jogging pace for 20 minutes. Then a day or two later, come back and do exactly the same exercise but for a little longer (i.e. Mon = 20mins, Tues = 30mins, Wed = 40mins etc.)

You can't spot lose fat. Your body as a whole will gradually lose fat. So to drop those love handles you've got to do as much cardio as possible. Running, swimming, cycling etc. Sits ups will make your abs stronger (the muscles beneath the fat will grow), but you will still have fat covering them.

Would jumping jacks do the same effect as running etc?
