I am getting myself down to the gym 4 times a week for at least an hour and a half per session. Enjoying myself and liking the results.Only problem is I want to lose fat on my chest area. I don't have big moobs and I can feel pec's underneath. I can sort of do the titty-dance. And also the same story with my abs. Can feel they're there, but my abs of steel are covered by fat. Not loads but enough to roll.So, how can I lose it? I know doing what I am doing (running, cross trainer, bike, rowing and then weights) will sort it out. But is there anyway of enhancing this to go a bit faster. I eat well, and am not expecting over-night results. Or even over-week results.But any ideas anyone.ThanksMr. Nuts
