Multivitamins should only be used if your lacking all your vitamins. Eating a bowl of cerial can give you all the vits you need for the day alone. Too much vitamins are bad.

Lets say I take a shit load of vits daily.my body needs x amount and Im taking y amount and its like 10 times more then xMy body still only sbsorbs x amount and the rest is wasted and passed on out in waste products. the real bitch is that most vits dont fully desolve and pass thru with out every actually doing any real good at all.of course there is shit your body takes in more of hten you need that are found ins ome multis, and them building up can be bad, shit like magnesium, and I cant even recall what else, its been a long day and isnt over yet, and its been to long since I read the article on it while sitting in teh waitin room of a docs office waiting to get a finger stuck up my poop hole.

You should take a multivitamin everyday, regardless of whether you are eating right or not. There are many vitamins/minerals you aren't going to come across in everyday foods that you can really only get from a multivitamin. True, taking too many is bad and will make you sick, but you should take one everyday no matter what. They do not shrink/damage your testicles.

Most nutritionists don't agree with that position. The problem is that so many people don't eat a healthy diet - but those who are, and are healthy, shouldn't usually need additional vitamins. However a bowl of cereal isn't enough - it certainly doesn't supply enough vitamin C, for example. But I agree that multi-vitamins won't damage your testicles, and are unlikely to do any harm except to your bank balance.
