Can I use acne pads (such as Oxy Daily Cleansing Pads) to areas other than my face, like my back? Or should I use other acne products?
-
Applying acne pads to other affected areas
-
I don't see why not.
-
The only real drawback is the cost. Your back is quite an area to cover.
-
They're safe to use on your back. They do make medicated body washes for acne though.
-
Yeah Amanda is right.. they have lots of other things for your back specificly.. try using neutrogena acne body wash... the exfoliating kind.. its amazing.
-
Ok, would it work for really deep pores though? My acne is stubborn. It feels kind of weird talking about this stuff, so pardon if I sound rude at times, or a little out of it.
-
Oh most definetly.. it works wonders.
-
Could I mix it with Axe Showergel?
-
probably.. i mix it with my other body wash
-
Ok, thank you SO MUCH. You really don't know how much this helped me. I will buy it tomorrow. Beach season WILL be fun.
-
Yes it will
-
If it's really bad, I'm sure a visit to the dermatologist could help a lot as well.
-
The dermatolgists will be open for appointments in October..
-
where do you live?
-
Yeah that sucks.. i went to a dermo.. i didnt get any help:(
-
Hamilton/Wenham (40 minutes away from Boston)
-
and they're not open to october?
-
They're open it's just the earliest appointment I could get was in October.
-
Double for double posting, but I got the Body Clear Body Scrub Nuetrogena. For directions it says wash on with a washcloth or body puff. How do I do that? Do I put the body scrub on the washcloth/body puff and then rub onto my skin? Please give detailed instructions.

I am shocked your dermatologist has no appointments until October. Personally, if your acne is that bad, I would find another Doctor who has an easrlier appointment. They have some great medication now for bad acne. I thank everyday when my mother took me to my dermatologist. I had bad bad bad acne. I still praise Acutane hehe.
