I'm really considering this home gym things, I've looked around, and found I can get a really nice, brand new set up for around $600 AU. Only problem is, I won't have any cables, so no lat pull downs.
The rack I'm looking at has a pull up bar, but at my current strength, I can't even do a single pull up (well maybe one). Is there any excercises you can do without a lat pulldown machine, or pull ups that will strengthen your lats? Once I'm strong enough to do pull ups I'm set, but before then I need something else.
