i've worked on these for years and although i have a decent enough stomach i dont feel it reflects the amount i've put it. I basically do the follwoing exercises, any advice or other excercise very welcome. I do the normal sit up legs bent tucked under chair etc raising upper body, with occasional twists as i rise. I also do 3 other techniques, lying flat rasing shoulders, lying flat raising legs and bringing them into stomach, and lying on sides, shoulders flat rasing shoulders. I'm not really complaining they look fine , just wouldnt mind them a bit more solid and stand outthanks
